Antique Radios: Due to the age and delicacy of the electronics of the old radios (and the roughness of modern shippers!), it is possible that, despite the best packing, a working radio could arrive in a non-working condition. Due to the age of these sets, we make no warranty as to working condition upon receipt or for any period thereafter, since vacuum tubes and other components are subject to failure each time electrical power is applied. If the item is damaged in shipping, a claim process will be initiated. Save all original packaging and paperwork. Electrical Dangers: All antique radios for sale at Radio Showcase should be treated with caution. These radios are 50 years or more in age and there exists the possibility of shock or electrocution. All of our new products come with a product warranty from the manufacturer that covers any defects within the stated warranty period. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of the warranty center. Warranty returns need to be sent to the appropriate warranty center as stated with the product or by us via e-mail instructions. We do not accept returns based on satisfaction issues. A 25% restocking fee of the original item's purchase price will be deducted for returns without explicit e-mail approval and without an RMA number. Original or return shipping fees are never refundable as they are in possession by the shipping companies.
