Srewart Warner Antique Radio 1941

This is a fabulous deco bakelite radio. It is a Srewart-Warner Model 206-FA from 1941, 2 band 6 tubes bakelite radio. The shiny bakelite cabinet is crack free and the radio plays. This is a rare desirable Srewart-Warner radio. Great deco styling-taking on that deco, medallion/shield motiff- which was continued in automobile grille design and of course jukebox design. This is a transitional year in radio design, where the tombstone designs of the mid thirties are morphing to the lower, wider sets of the 40`s.
