Offered for your consideration is this OLYMPIC table radio 7-421 made by the Olympic Radio and Television Corporation in the year 1949. This radio has the unique slant-back round dial with horizontal louvers. This is indeed a near-mint radio which we have restored in great detail so it will be yours to enjoy for many years.

WORK PERFORMED: Replaced 2 tubes, 2 bypass capacitors, filters, pilot lite, cleaned and lubricated controls, lubricated tuner bearing race, cleaned and lubricated tube sockets, checked resistors for value and tolerance and did a complete alignment of IF, Oscillator and Antenna sections. The original cord is good, but we did replace the plug.

This 5-tube superhet radio peforms with excellent selectivity, has great sensitivity and more than ample volume. Stations come in loud and clear one right after the other frequency to frequency across the dial!

We rejuvinated the crack-free and chip-free bakelite case with a three-step process we use for all of my bakelite case restoration. We also re-cemented the crack-free lense. The case measures 12in. long, 5 1/2in. wide and 6 in. high.
