Rare, Rare, Rare. This beautiful working radio was made in the early 30`s. Acratone was a brand name
belonging to Federated Purchaser which was located at 25 Park Place, NYC, and was holding company of department stores like Macy's. They used the brand name Acratone like Silvertone and Meteor were radio brands asscoiated with Sears. The body is made of metal and the front is Repwood. In all my years of collecting I have never seen another one.
