This one is one of our favorites. In all our years of collecting antique radios we have never seen one for sale(not even on ebay). This beautiful radio was made in the early 30`s by the Acratone company. Acratone was a brand name belonging to Federated Purchaser which was located at 25 Park Place, NYC and was a holding company of department stores like Macy's. They used the brand name Acratone like Silvertone and Meteor were radio brands asscoiated with Sears.

The body is made of metal and the front is Repwood.The cabinet and Repwood front are in great condition. The radio works and we spend $150 fixing it a few years ago. Do not miss a chance to own a most unique rare radio.
